How long does a rank take to arrive?
Ranks are granted automatically the moment payment clears — usually a few seconds. If you are online you may need to relog for the tag to refresh.
Do I need an account on this store?
No. Your Minecraft username is the only thing we need to deliver a rank.
I typed my username wrong. What now?
Contact staff on Discord with your order ID (it starts with HX-) and we will move the rank to the correct account.
Are ranks permanent?
Yes. Ranks do not expire and carry across every server on the network.
Do higher ranks include the lower ones?
They do. Inferno includes everything in Terra, and Eclipse includes everything in Terra and Inferno.
Can I get a refund?
Digital ranks are delivered instantly, so purchases are final. If delivery failed, open a ticket and we will fix it or refund you.
