What we collect
- The Minecraft username you enter, so we can deliver your rank.
- An optional email address, only if you supply one, so we can send a receipt.
- The order details, amount and payment reference returned by our payment provider.
- Your IP address, for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
What we do not collect
We never ask for a store password, because there are no player accounts. We never see or store your card details — those go straight to the payment provider.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Ask staff in Discord if you want your email address removed from an order.
Sharing
Data is shared only with our payment provider, to process the payment. We do not sell anything to anyone.
