1. What you are buying
A HyprexeMC rank is a cosmetic and convenience upgrade on the HyprexeMC network. It is a licence to use in-game features, not ownership of any asset or account.
2. Delivery
Ranks are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout. Entering the wrong username is the buyer's responsibility; contact staff with your order ID and we will do our best to help.
3. Refunds
Because ranks are delivered instantly, all purchases are final. If a rank was paid for but never delivered, contact support and we will deliver it or refund you in full.
4. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting support results in a permanent network ban.
5. Conduct
Ranks do not exempt you from the server rules. Ranks are removed without refund on a ban for cheating, exploiting or harassment.
6. Changes
Perks may be adjusted as the network evolves. We will announce meaningful changes in Discord.
